- One private interactive experience, built from your photos, videos, voice notes and your own words. Shaped and paced with you. Two rounds of revisions after you see it.

- 50% to begin the work. The remaining 50% is paid before we send you the private link. Payment is by bank transfer. We'll give you the account details when you enquire.

- Your experience is usually ready within 3 to 5 days. We'll agree the exact delivery date with you when you enquire.

- Multiple design directions, unlimited revisions, wedding or invitation experiences at launch, and physical products.
What you send
- Photos and videos. However many you have.
- Screenshots and messages. Chats, texts, anything you kept.
- Voice notes, or a few lines you write yourself.
- Their name, and who they are to you.
- Anything specific you want included. A date, a place, a joke only the two of you understand.
- Your thoughts. What you want them to feel, and anything you want us to say for you.
We collect all of it on WhatsApp, one question at a time, so you don't have to sit down and write it all out at once. There's no form. If a song reminds you of them, tell us and we'll use it as a reference for the mood. The audio in your experience is music we hold a licence for, so send songs as references rather than files.
Your material
What you send stays between us. We use it to build your experience and for nothing else.
We don't publish any part of it, no screenshots, no clips, nothing on Instagram, unless we ask you first and you say yes. That's a separate conversation, and no is a fine answer.
The finished link is private and unlisted. The only people who have it are you and whoever you decide to give it to. If you want it taken down later, tell us and we take it down.
Questions
What will they actually receive?
A private link. They open it on their phone or computer, like a website. There's nothing to download and no app.
Can they open it again later?
Yes, as often as they like. Every experience stays online for at least three years, and you can ask us to take it down whenever you want.
Who can see it?
Only people who have the link. It isn't listed anywhere and search engines can't find it.
What if I don't have many photos, or no videos?
That's fine. Voice notes, old messages and a few lines from you can carry a whole story. Both packages take whatever you have.
Which package should I choose?
The Short Story suits one focused moment. The Full Story gives you more chapters, a countdown so it opens on the day, and a sealed part only they can open.
Can it be for someone who has passed away?
Yes. Memorials are one of the things we make, and we take extra care with them.
How long does it take?
Usually 3 to 5 days once we have your material. If your date is close, tell us when you first message and we'll say honestly whether we can make it.
Can I make changes?
Yes. You get two rounds of changes after you see the first version.
Can you use a particular song?
Tell us the song and we'll use it as a reference for the mood. We only use music we're licensed to use, so we can't add commercial songs themselves.
What happens to my photos afterwards?
We delete the material you sent within 30 days of delivery. The finished experience stays online, and we take it down whenever you ask.
How do I pay?
Half by bank transfer to begin, half before we send the link. We only ever send account details in our own WhatsApp chat with you.
Can I cancel?
Yes. What you get back depends on how far the work has gone. The Refunds page has the details.
